We have taken the finest South African pale malt and combined it with Specialty Munich and Vienna malt. The best Bitter and Aroma hops from Saaz and Hallertau are giving this light lager beer just enough bitterness and flavour to suit its character. For the fermentation we use a typical Weihenstephaner Lager yeast and the brew ferments between 8-10.5 degrees and matures for over 4 weeks at 2 degrees. This gives the yeast enough time to do their job properly and without stress. It guarantees a smooth and fine creation of a well-balanced beer body. It is the perfect easy drinking Lager beer with only 4 vol-% of alcohol.
